A small, family-owned WNY organization has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical duties on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries over the phone, promoting the company`s services, booking appointments, invoicing, and other tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will be quick learners with the ability to work independently. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
