A small, but growing Buffalo law firm is searching for a dependable Legal Office Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This position will be supporting a team of attorneys in drafting correspondence using templates, E-filing, maintaining various government forms and organizing files.

To succeed in this role, candidates must thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment while working collaboratively within a team. Must be hard working, adaptable, detailed-oriented and extremely organized.

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of office experience
  • Desire to work in a law firm strongly preferred
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • Customer service mindset, must possess strong communication skills
