A mid-sized Buffalo law firm has an immediate need for a Legal Assistant on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate has experience performing administrative tasks in a legal setting. Must be able to jump right in to a fast-paced environment and help wherever needed. Duties and responsibilities include preparing and editing legal documents, organizing and maintaining client files, and other administrative duties as needed.

Open to candidates seeking either full or part-time hours.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of legal experience
  • Litigation experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Strong proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills
