One of our clients, a Buffalo, NY CPA firm, is searching for a Financial Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time, direct hire basis. This position will be responsible for processing new business, client contact, and other administrative and marketing duties.

As this position will involve a significant amount of client interaction both in person and over the phone, candidates must be polished, professional, and have exceptional communication skills.

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Financial, banking, or insurance industry experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiar with DST Vision and Streetscape
  • Series 7 license preferred
