An established CPA firm in the Southtowns is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to project a positive first impression and support their staff. In this role, you will be responsible for various office duties such as answering and directing calls, greeting clients, data entry, and A/P and A/R.

Ideal candidates must possess strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail. Seeking someone with demonstrated professional experience who is reliable, welcoming, and outgoing.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar office role
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Must be tech-savvy with the ability to maneuver between different programs
